Job Scope

  • Lead and develop a high-performing property management team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, and vendor management to ensure smooth property performance.
  • Manage budgets, optimise costs, and deliver financial targets with accurate reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, owners, and stakeholders to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with property regulations, audits, and documentation standards.
  • Work with MCST council to plan and execute long-term strategies, including sustainability initiatives.
  • Organise and facilitate AGMs and council meetings, including agenda preparation, reports, and minutes.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of property management experience with proven leadership in strata or multi-site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
  • Proficient in property management software and office productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and decision-making abilities.
