About the Opportunity

What You'll Do
  • Act as the key contact for tenants – handle feedback, tenancy queries & service matters
  • Oversee daily property operations, maintenance works & contractor performance
  • Ensure building safety, cleanliness & compliance with regulations
  • Support budgeting, cost control & quotation evaluation
  • Assist in building emergencies (e.g., fire drills, outages) – time-off provided for standby duties
  • Prepare reports, track KPIs & support cluster managers in daily operations

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields
  • IMM (Senior Executive): Min. 2 years' experience, strong interpersonal skills & paperwork management (POs, reporting)
  • Westgate: Strong M&E knowledge/experience, hands-on preferred
  • Other sites:
  • Great people skills – confident with tenants & contractors
  • Hands-on, proactive & takes ownership of tasks
  • Able to work independently with guidance from senior leaders
