Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to both internal teams and external personnel.
  • Maintain and manage project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of progress.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, submissions, and permits.
  • Track and update the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Attend project meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin speaking stakeholder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
