About the role

Join CA STUDIO PTE. LTD. as a Project Coordinator (Construction/ Renovation) based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of construction and renovation projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing project activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and suppliers to address issues and queries promptly
  • Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Managing personnel and assigning tasks to team members according to their skills and the requirements of the project.
  • Need to attend meetings on-site.
  • Resource Management
  • Perform ad hoc duties

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role within the construction/renovation industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and the project team
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, project management software and scheduling tools
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering or a related field
