About Homeground Gym & Pilates (HGGP) Clementi

Hey, Jon here I'm the owner of HGGP, and I'm looking for someone who can create fun & casual video content for our gym/studio

HGGP Clementi is a club that expects high standards from each team member. That said, I'll always ensure that the working environment is friendly and healthy so we can succeed together for a very long time.

I foresee that we'll work very closely to help each other achieve our common goals, so I'll be incredibly honest in this job ad. I hope you can do the same by only applying if you think you're suitable.

P.S. I believe in having fun while trying to achieve all targets at work. Don't worry, I'm far from being a robot.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the club (together with me, Pilates instructors, and Gym trainers) on our social media )

  • Video-documents the rise of HGGP Clementi; creates Insta/FB/Tiktok reels that serve as informational & entertaining content and/or ads.

  • Brainstorms & directs high-quality video content for Insta/FB/Tiktok. Direction of content: cool, unique, has own personality, anti-clown trend.

  • Incorporates his/her own style of editing

  • Proficient in CapCut or other editing softwares

  • Create high-quality video/image/banners for ads or social media content

  • Needs to have his/her own high-quality camera (or iPhone)

  • I'll provide as much creativity freedom as possible to you

  • Have lots of fun experimenting content creating

I wish to work with someone who's hardworking, responsible, responsive, a team-player, independent, not afraid to ask questions, not afraid to teach his/her Manager, has little/no ego, can get things done, has good time management, is customer-oriented, can get things done. Notice how one of them is repeated? :D

Working Hours & Arrangements

- Be physically present only on important days or shoot/discussion days

  • Editing of videos/images can be done without being physically present

  • Estimated 20-25 in-person + behind-the-scenes hours per week

  • I'm okay with keeping your in-person hours flexible as long as all work are done properly

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Proposed salary: $2k-$3k/mo , depending on experience & portfolio. Can be discussed.

  • Free gym membership at HGGP Clementi in the entire employment duration; can join pilates classes if class size happens to be not maxed out.

  • Bonuses when the club does really well

  • Introduce you to other freelance jobs from other HGG clubs (Farrer Park, Tampines, Jurong) if and when they're available
