We're on the lookout for a technically skilled and creatively driven Social Media Content Creator to take the lead on building our content library across video, photo, and copy for our growing Anytime Fitness Singapore network.

This is not just a social media job. You'll be behind the lens, behind the copy, and behind the magic that brings our community and brand to life—anytime, anywhere. From campaign shoots and gym tours to storytelling reels and educational explainers, your content will shape how people connect with fitness, health, and the Anytime Fitness community.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     End-to-End Content Creation

·       Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, events, workouts, member testimonials, social reels, and paid ads.

·       Adapt creative assets for various platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and website content.

·       Ensure deliverables are optimized for vertical/mobile formats and high performing across each platform.

2.     Brand Storytelling & Creative Direction

·       Transform briefs into impactful creative content that reflects our brand voice, audience expectations, and business objectives.

·       Maintain consistency across visual assets while evolving the creative approach based on insights and feedback.

·       Pitch and prototype ideas that bring fresh perspective to fitness storytelling.

3.     Technical Craft & Excellence

·       Deliver polished content with attention to pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound design, and visual balance.

·       Confidently edit with Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong proficiency in colour grading and audio mixing to ensure a polished, professional finish and apply graphical or animated treatments where they meaningfully enhance the story.

·       Optimise outputs for various devices, screen sizes, and formats.

4.     Content Calendar Management

·       Own and manage the monthly social media calendar, working closely with the extended team.

·       Ensure consistent publishing cadence and creative alignment across channels.

·       Proactively identify content gaps and opportunities for storytelling.

5.     Copywriting & Social Captions

·       Write concise, on-brand, engaging copy for social media posts, video captions, TikTok hooks, email campaigns, and in-gym promotional materials.

· Translate marketing briefs and brand tone into storytelling-driven content that resonates with local audiences and our fitness community.

6.     Cross-functional Support & Collaboration

·       Liaise with club staff, members, influencers, and brand partners to coordinate shoots and storytelling opportunities.

·       Provide creative input from ideation through to final delivery, adapting based on feedback.

·       Support campaigns across multiple locations—from gym launches to regional activations.

·       Maintain and organize content libraries and equipment inventory.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

·       You should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in multimedia content creation, social media or creative production.

·       A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, engaging video work with creative versatility.

·       Strong technical understanding of photography and video production.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with bonus points for basic After Effects or Photoshop and Illustrator.

·       Proficient in writing/copywriting. Mandatory to be native or fluent English speaker.

·       A clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant.

• Ability to think outside the box and create innovative, fun, and engaging content.

• Strong project management skills & the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
