Live Streaming (Primary Role):
  • Host live shows on platforms such as Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or other streaming platforms
  • Plan, script, and execute engaging and professional live sessions
  • Interact with live audiences in real-time, increasing engagement and viewer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align live content with campaigns or product launches
  • Set up and manage live streaming tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, mobile setups)

Video Editing:
  • Edit live stream replays and pre-recorded content into engaging videos for repurposing
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with captions, transitions, and effects
  • Maintain visual branding and consistency across all video content
  • Stay updated on current content trends and apply them to editing style

Social Media Management:
  • Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
  • Monitor performance analytics and optimize content based on engagement metrics
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with community in a brand-consistent voice
  • Collaborate on growth strategies to increase reach and follower base
  • Keep up with trending hashtags, challenges, and content formats

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a live stream host, content creator, or similar role
  • Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage an audience
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Experience with social media tools like Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer
  • Strong understanding of content trends, social media algorithms, and engagement tactics
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with livestreaming tools (OBS, StreamYard, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus
  • Experience growing a social media account or brand
