Working Hours: Mon – Fri 830AM – 530PM, (Hybrid, 2 days WFH)

3 Months Contract (Renewable up to 9 Months)

The AI Content Designer / Video Creator will:

  • Develop and produce AI-generated training and explainer videos
  • Script or refine content with LLMs, ensuring clarity, tone, and instructional effectiveness
  • Apply microlearning strategies to structure content into concise, goal-oriented segments
  • Collaborate with policy or training teams to storyboard and sequence content for learning journeys
  • Ensure content meets MOE learning objectives, style guidelines, and tone of voice
  • Maintain an organized content library and production schedule
  • Handle content with strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality
  • Keep abreast of trends in generative AI, instructional design, and video production

Technical & Creative Skills:

  • Proficient with AI video production tools
  • Skilled in scripting and storyboarding with clear instructional flow
  • Understanding of microlearning principles and learner-focused design
  • Advantageous: Experience with LMS platforms, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or learning analytics

Soft Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong storytelling and writing abilities
  • Clear communicator, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage production timelines
  • Knowledgeable about data privacy and responsible content practices
  • Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new AI and digital tools

Portfolio Requirements:

  • Submission of sample videos, writing, or instructional content is encouraged
  • A brief statement of interest in AI content creation and training design is recommended
