About the role

Yonyou (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Presales Consultant (Business Application)-Chinese Preferred to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a crucial part in promoting and demonstrating our industry-leading business application solutions to prospective clients, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and effectively addressed.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our business applications
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our presales processes and best practices
  • Engage with clients to ensure a seamless transition and provide ongoing support

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the enterprise software or business application industry
  • Strong understanding of business applications and their functionalities, with the ability to translate technical features into practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations in both languages
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional pre-sales support
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
