
Customer Service Executive – Furniture E-commerce

Work Schedule:
5 days of work weekly
Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and online orders via phone, website, WhatsApp and email

Respond to customer enquiries independently and professionally
-
Manage complaints and feedback via calls or message
-
Respond to customer queries on social media and assist with purchases
-
Monitor and reply to customer reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation
-
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
-
Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
-
Good spoken and written English
-
Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
-
Meticulous, organised, and proactive
-
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
What We Offer:

Basic salary: SGD 2,300 – 2,800 (commensurate with experience)

Additional $100 monthly full attendance incentive
