Job Responsibilities:

  • You will lead teams and oversee daily cleaning operations.

  • You are to ensure compliance of cleaning standards, standards operation procedures daily.

  • You will start-up planning and mobilisation of a new project.

  • Resourcing and ensuring orientation and training for all new site staff.

  • Maintain a good working relationship with customers.

  • Manage customers' complaints and feedback.

  • Manage site staff daily attendance, cleaning schedule, safety compliance, and other administrative related matters.

  • Identify operational issues, highlight and propose and implement projects/suggestions for improvement of the operations at the site.

  • You will also be sales visiting and canvassing for new customer and opening of new account

Job Requirements:

  • PC knowledge and smart devices savvy capable of managing and resolving a challenging situation

  • Strong leadership and good communication skills with professional email etiquette

  • Has a positive attitude

  • Possess Class 3 Driving License. (Company Vehicle Provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2, $4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
