Human Resources Outsourcing Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Human Resources Outsourcing Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about project operations and recruitment, and enjoys managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of outsourcing projects — from recruitment to deployment and payroll support — while maintaining excellent communication and coordination with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Operations-
Plan, organize, and manage project processes and schedules for outsourcing engagements.

Engage actively with stakeholders including clients and candidates to ensure smooth operations.

Assist candidates with roster planning, timesheet submission, system access, and operational queries.

Post job advertisements and manage job portals to attract talent.

Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and conduct screening interviews.

Conduct briefing sessions to ensure candidates understand their job scope and expectations.

Ensure all required documentation (e.g., medical clearance, vaccination records) are collected and up to date for onboarding.

Consolidate and prepare month-end timesheet reports for payroll and consultants.

Liaise with consultants to stay updated on project statuses and upcoming needs.

Support with general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, recruitment, or HR operations is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle time-sensitive tasks with professionalism.
