Job description:

  • Overall Façade installation control, successful site management for implementation and completion of the project to Employer's requirement until TOP phase 1.
  • Ensure that all site staffs and operatives are fully conversant with requirement of the specification and quality standard required in the Contract.
  • Coordination and maintain the sound relationship with All Departments to achieve good progress of works especially Façade design group.
  • Recommend or provide solutions to problems that arise during the construction process through designated channels. Ensure that progress of construction works are under control.
  • Management with all the Façade sub con involved in the Project.
  • Preparation & overall review of DWP (Detailed Working Programme) with HOD.
  • Monitor & control the Façade Master Programme on work site.
  • Recommendation for termination of sub-contractor who does not perform well as per the contract. Ensure Employer's complaints are handled promptly with corrective action (incl. work stop order). Sub-contractor's payment control as per the progress. In charge of coordinating site related matters, the Façade work operations manager is to coordinate and command the following departments:

Surveying:

Performing site Façade work surveys

Checking stakes and stations of all façade works

Monitoring settlement of façade items

Verifying set outs of all façade items

Supervisor:

Monitoring and report site Façade work progress Issue instructions to contractors (Façade sub con)

Coordinating site access and delivery plus storage space.

Providing general attendance items to contractors Resolving all site façade issues

Assisting in site safety arrangements (Façade work)
