Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of on-site service work and carry out assignments independently with minimal guidance.
  • Prepare and document detailed service reports after each site activity.
  • Support and participate in Site Acceptance Tests alongside clients and partners.
  • Plan and draft procedures to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Provide remote technical support through calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Stay connected with clients and partners to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.
  • Oversee spare parts processes – from receiving and verifying deliveries to preparing documentation and coordinating shipments.
  • Keep project and service documentation updated, organized, and accessible.
  • Manage requests for spare parts quotations, working with suppliers to prepare accurate offers for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Candidates with experience in industrial equipment troubleshooting for pharmaceuticals is highly advantageous
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a technical service role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Comfortable with on-site troubleshooting and client interaction.
  • Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
