Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients, including listed and non-listed companies
- Provide professional advice to clients on all corporate secretarial matters
- Lead a team to ensure efficient and quality client services
- Attend committee/board meetings and record meeting minutes
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, and public listed companies
- Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Graduate of ICSA
- Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Result-oriented individual with strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification would be ideal
