Job Description
CHANCERY CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a candidate to join its growing company secretary practice as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial work
- Attention to details
- Willing to learn and take on challenge & positive work attitude
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Possess a high level of integrity, professionalism and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
- Possess proficient knowledge of SGX listing rules
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of a dynamic team within our corporate secretarial practice providing a full suite of corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients (comprising SGX-listed companies and privately-owned entities) and will also have the opportunity to be involved in transactional engagements with the associated law practice from time to time.
