Job Description

  • Perform and coordinate Approved Cabin SEP Traning and assessment for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew and any other operators determined by the Company.
  • Ensure SEP training, assessments and other safety related matters is conducted to Company and Regulaory standards, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate SEP Training and assessment schedules with respective Training Administration personnel.
  • Proficient in the use of safety equipment and training apparatus relevant to the training programs.
  • Deliver and facilitate a consistent, high-quality training experience that uphold the organization's professional standards and provide comprehensive learning experience for all crew.
  • Responsible for accurate entry and maintenance of crew training records.
  • Responsible to complete audits/inspections to meet CAAS and company's requirement within given deadlines.
  • Committed and receptive to continuously improve training methodologies and content with the latest industry trends, regulations and best practices.
  • Assist to design, develop, generate and update training contents, materials and curricula to ensure they meet company's standards and regulations.
  • Actively promoting a Just Safety and Reporting Culture.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and coordinate with team members, support staff and clients to ensure the delivery of a coherent and holistic training program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and instruct participants of diverse backgrounds.
