This position supports the delivery of professional, high-quality accounting services in line with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the full spectrum of AP/AR, GL functions, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and schedules.

• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims.

• Record sales from client management systems and ensure prompt, accurate AR reconciliation.

• Follow up proactively on AR/AP aging to ensure timely resolution.

• Manage accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and inventory records.

• Prepare GST submissions.

• Support internal teams on reporting, audits, and tax matters.

• Implement improved procedures and internal controls where necessary.

• Handle intercompany transactions, expense recharges, and project accounting.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in new ERP system testing and implementation.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

About You:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.

• Able to meet deadlines within service level agreements while working independently with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Self-driven, meticulous, hands-on, and a proactive team player.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in financial systems and tools, including Excel.
