- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax submissions (corporate tax, GST/SST, withholding tax, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties as required.
- Monitor and maintain fixed asset register, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
