About Us

We are a growing Singapore company, seeking a dedicated Finance & HR Executive who can manage our company's finance and HR operations with professionalism, accuracy, and responsibility. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and looking for a long-term career path with opportunities to grow together with the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, financial reports).
  • Prepare and submit GST, CPF, IR8A/IR21 and liaise with auditors/tax agents.
  • Manage payroll, employee records, work pass applications/renewals.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits and claims.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
  • Assist directors in administration, reporting, and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident only.
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business.
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in full set accounts and HR.
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, MYOB).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment.
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/suppliers).
  • Knowledge of Malay or will be an advantage.
