Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of AR or AP functions, including data entry and documentation
  • Issue tax invoices, credit notes, and perform delivery order matching
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist in credit control, including sales order processing for group companies
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department

Job Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level or higher; accounting-related certification is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage data entry with accuracy
