Company Overview:

Join one of Southeast Asia's leading shipping companies. We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage full set accounts and support finance operations across the region.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of accounts: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Perform month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate reporting
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
  • Prepare GST / corporate tax filings
  • Monitor cash flow, intercompany transactions, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in full set accounts (shipping/logistics experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
