Finance Executive Full-set Accounts

Description:
- Basic salary from $3500 to $5200
- 5-day, office hours

Job Scope:
- Prepare complete financial statements and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Oversee AP, AR, reconciliations, and daily finance operations while enforcing internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, GST submissions, and support audit requirements.
- Manage cash flow reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly WIP costing with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor staff claims, supplier invoices, receivables, and payment cycles.
- Review quarterly inventory aging with operations and logistics.
- Prepare and assist in management reports, fixed asset schedules, and consolidation of multiple entities.
- Work with auditors, bankers, and internal stakeholders to complete financial requests promptly.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, able to handle full-set accounts.
