As a Principal Engineer (Campus Development) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and facilitate M&E discussions with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring productive sessions and informed decision-making.
  • Document and follow through on stakeholder engagements, ensuring requirements are accurately captured.
  • Work with consultants to incorporate stakeholders' needs into the design.
  • Monitor M&E design and construction progress to align with overall project timelines.
  • Present M&E design proposals for management approval.
  • Review contract specifications and clauses (e.g., T&C, maintenance post-DLP).
  • Support site coordination, including technical reviews, user requests, mock-ups, and T&C activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in project management.
  • Experience in healthcare infrastructure projects (acute/community hospitals preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
