Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and report on the Service Business P&L.
  • Partner with the Regional Aftermarket and Recurring Business teams to drive service growth.
  • Lead service marketing initiatives to achieve both organic and inorganic sales targets.
  • Guide and develop the service team to ensure operational excellence and superior service quality.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company quality systems.
  • Monitor recurring service issues and implement improvement strategies.
  • Oversee service inspections, reports, and audits to maintain high performance and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related Science field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Service Business P&L.
  • Over 6 years in the Analytical Instrumentation or Service Engineering industry.
