  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Duration: 1 year contract (renewable subject to business needs/ performance)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparation for withholding tax submission:
  • Assist in routine financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc financial requests and data preparation for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct periodic review of Unreconciled Item from Key Transactions, Budget Deficit, WBS fund balances under the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) framework.
  • Preparation and posting of journals.
  • Contribute to streamlining existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Gather all related expenditure data, including S4 listing, and coordinate with departments for necessary supporting documents.
  • Enter information into the IRAS system and prepare submission documents for the tax team.
  • Prepare and post withholding tax journals.
  • Generate reports to ensure timely accounting of departmental withholding tax.
  • Communicate with IRAS on tax-related matters, such as TEP.
