Administrative Assistant (Shipping & Documentation)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shipping & Documentation Manager in daily operational tasks.
- Update and monitor shipment schedules and statuses.
- Track and verify vessel arrivals.
- Prepare and check all required import and export documentation.
- Maintain, update, and file import shipping documents accurately.
- Handle insurance declarations for shipments.
- Coordinate with external cold storage facilities for storage and withdrawal of goods.
- Prepare necessary documentation for storage and withdrawal of goods from cold storage.
- Arrange container trucking and ensure timely transport.
- Communicate with suppliers to manage documentation requirements.
- Prepare export documentation for customers.
- Handle any other duties.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Pro-active attitude, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
