Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Woodlands. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing Pacdora's Japan site, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products. The role involves defining product requirements, developing product strategies, conducting market research, and overseeing the execution of product plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management, including defining product requirements and developing product strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Excellent project management skills to oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of packaging design and production processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiar with Japan market and Japanese culture.
