Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Servicing Executive with about 1 year of working experience to join our Events and Integrated Marketing team. You will support the team in executing campaigns and events, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination

  • Assist in managing project timelines and schedules for marketing campaigns and events.

  • Monitor progress and flag any issues that may affect delivery timelines.

  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including creative, production, digital, and events to coordinate project deliverables.

  • Support the preparation of client briefs, internal work orders, and timelines.

  • Client Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Account Manager in managing client portfolios.

  • Attend client meetings where necessary and take notes or follow up on action items.

  • Vendor Liaison

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of event and marketing components.

  • Follow up on delivery schedules and quality checks.

  • Budget Tracking Assistance

  • Support in monitoring project expenses and preparing basic budget tracking sheets.

  • Help with quotation sourcing and processing invoices.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of relevant working experience in an agency, event, or marketing environment preferred (internship experience will also be considered).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
