Overview

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and media-savvy Marketing & Public Relations Manager to join our growing team. In this dual-focused role, you will shape the company's brand voice, public image, and narrative across marketing, communications, and public relations channels. You will craft compelling messages that strengthen brand reputation, support business objectives, and build positive relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

You will translate business goals into clear, impactful marketing and public relations strategies — ensuring consistent storytelling across marketing materials, press content, corporate communications, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Public Relations & Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and public relations strategies that enhance brand visibility, reputation, and market positioning.
  • Shape and safeguard the company's brand messaging, ensuring consistency in tone, narrative, and visual identity across both marketing and public relations touchpoints.
  • Craft press releases, media pitches, key messages, and corporate communication materials that communicate complex ideas in accessible, audience-focused ways.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry partners to secure meaningful coverage and strengthen brand trust.
  • Serve as a brand and communications steward, ensuring alignment with the company's purpose, values, and long-term narrative.

Marketing Collateral & Materials

  • Lead the development of marketing assets including brochures, corporate decks, event visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and internal teams to create cohesive, high-impact marketing and public relations materials.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication outputs adhere to brand guidelines and present a strong, consistent image across platforms.

Campaigns, Events & Public Relations Initiatives

  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, public relations activations, and partnership initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Oversee branding, messaging, and creative production for events, exhibitions, and key presentations.
  • Manage media engagements, including press conferences, interviews, media briefings, and event-related public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver polished, on-brand, and publicity-worthy outcomes.

Research, Insights & Media Monitoring

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry news, and public sentiment relevant to the company and its partners.
  • Track and report on marketing and public relations performance to inform future strategies and strengthen brand positioning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in brand messaging, storytelling, and communication strategy.
  • Proven experience developing marketing and public relations materials across multiple formats and channels.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and timelines.
  • Proficiency in presentation and layout tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Collaborative and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple projects across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or managing public relations agencies, media partners, or press engagement.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools, public relations analytics, or sentiment tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software.
  • Background in brand management within corporate, tech, or creative industries.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing and campaigns across regional markets.
  • Ability to craft bilingual (English/Chinese) press releases or media materials.
