As an Application Specialist with us in B.Braun Singapore, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals with our dialysis solutions, driving sales growth, and delivering impactful clinical education.

Your key responsibilities:

• Promote hemodialysis and CRRT products through clinical education and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support their clinical workflows.
• Deliver in-service training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, GDP/GDPMDS standards, and internal SOPs.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Collate complaint samples and information, complete complaint form and reply to customer on result.

What you will bring to the team:

• Min 2 years of medical and/or nursing experience, or healthcare experience within medical devices/therapeutic/equipment/pharmaceutical.
• Advantageous if possess experience in related field of hemodialysis (HD), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
• Experience in tender management is added advantage.
• Able to meet healthcare credentialing requirements such as training and immunizations.
