
Application Support Specialist

Job role
- Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems.
- Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and escalate to vendor for resolution.
- Involve in testing of pre-release applications, related software and tools.
- Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support.
- Plan and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support application patches and upgrades.
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements
- A recognise degree/diploma in IT.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on application implementation.
- Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
- Proven expertise in Nintex NAC, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proficient in SQL with knowledge in HTML and Java.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with ability to work with people from all levels.
