Application Specialist

• MOM application management: Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive applications to the Ministry of Manpower, including Employment Pass and Work Permit applications, with meticulous attention to detail.
• ICA application processing: Handle Immigration & Checkpoints Authority applications for Long-Term Visit Pass, and other immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Corporate secretarial documentation: Prepare essential corporate documents including directors' resolutions, annual returns, and company incorporation documents.
• Stakeholder liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, applicants, and government agencies to gather and verify required information for successful application processing.
• Records management: Maintain accurate application records, statutory registers, and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Application tracking: Monitor application progress, follow up on pending cases, and ensure all submissions meet regulatory deadlines.
• Documentation preparation: Prepare professional letters, forms, and supporting documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and government specifications.
• Client service: Provide professional support to clients throughout the application process, offering guidance and updates on case progress.
• Quality assurance: Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to prevent delays or rejections.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline application processes and improve efficiency in document preparation and submission.

• Educational background: A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related field is preferred to provide a solid understanding of regulatory processes.
• Application experience: Prior experience in MOM and/or ICA applications is highly advantageous, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Corporate secretarial knowledge: Experience in corporate secretarial documentation is preferred to support comprehensive client services.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in documentation to ensure error-free submissions and compliance.
• Independent work capability: Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases concurrently with excellent organizational skills.
• Regulatory knowledge: Understanding of Singapore government procedures and requirements for employment and immigration applications.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with clients and government agencies.
• Time management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple deadlines and ensure timely application submissions.
• Problem-solving abilities: Analytical thinking to resolve application issues and navigate complex regulatory requirements.
