The Company

Our client is expanding its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region and is looking for a visionary APAC Head of IT. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth company. The ideal candidate will drive IT excellence across the region, from ERP leadership to launching new markets and transforming the digital consumer journey.

The Role

  • Define and execute the APAC IT strategy in alignment with global and regional business goals.
  • Lead and develop high-performing regional IT teams across multiple markets.
  • Oversee ERP systems (Oracle) and drive successful implementations.
  • Build scalable IT infrastructure to support market expansion and office setups.
  • Enable seamless D2C and eCommerce experiences, including website UX/UI optimization.
  • Deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality external services.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor IT performance and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to support business innovation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including regional or global roles.
  • Track record of leading enterprise technology programs, ideally with Oracle or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting digital commerce, online payments, and consumer-facing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within APAC jurisdictions.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure planning and rollout.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale IT initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Skilled in vendor and partner management across diverse geographies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
