We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with at least 7 years of experience, specifically in Grant Management and Treasury modules. The role involves leading SAP implementation projects (RISE and non-RISE), conducting solution workshops, and designing SAP FICO solutions in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise, with a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations.

What will you do?

  • Lead SAP FICO implementation projects with a focus on Grant Management and Treasury functions.
  • Conduct solution workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and configure SAP FICO modules, including Grant Management and Treasury, in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Prepare functional specifications, system configurations, and perform testing and deployment of change requests.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide Key User Training and support during hypercare phases.
  • Resolve and prevent issues through proactive analysis and support.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP FICO experience, with specialization in Grant Management and Treasury.
  • Experience in at least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations (RISE and non-RISE).
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes, including fund management, grant budgeting, cash management, and treasury operations.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations.
  • Ability to conduct requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Understanding of process harmonization and solution design methodologies.
