As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to deliver amazing projects to the highest standards while also ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes working with related parties internally and on-site to coordinate the project delivery. You will supervise all subcontractors and oversee the whole process of a project. This is a challenging yet very interesting and rewarding position.

Responsibilities mainly include:


• Manage and execute complete high-end projects for demanding customers in major locations in Asia according to specifics standards and tight schedules.


• Manage sub-contractors on site. Conduct site coordination meetings, quality control and management.


• Be a consultant to customers including design, system selections, programing, and product life-cycle.


• Provide and oversee a comprehensive range of after-sales services, including managing service cases, performing routine maintenance, handling power shut-down services, and addressing any other customer concerns.


• Manage LSP and subcontractors for system installation and site related issues.


• Become fully familiar with the BluOcean products and security systems; conduct system staging and in house testing.


• Produce service reports to customers within the expected time.


• Implement security projects with BluOcean standards and work to achieve the highest possible client satisfaction.


• Test and commission system software and hardware.


• Service standby during non-office hours/ weekends when needed.


• Provide technical support to sales team members as required.


• Provide system design and consultation to customers.


• Conduct system training to customers.


• Coordinating with other parties and supporting security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming, collaborating closely with your colleagues to achieve company objectives and deliver the highest quality of services possible.


• Ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience with our products and services.


• Other duties that might be required from time to time. Site safety supervisory scope (subject to the project needs)


• Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.


• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.


• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.


• Be the main point of contact with the customer regarding project issues.


• Assist the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives.


• Provide ideas for improvement.

Main Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Great communicator. Ability to communicate and coordinate among various parties.

  • Ability to get things done within a tight schedule.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.

  • Proven Experience managing large multi-site projects involving multiple sub-system and demanding customers.
