We are looking for digital ambassadors to teach/guide the community how to use digital apps.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach/Guide the community in Singapore on digital apps through 1:1, class room, small or large group settings, using Zoom, Singpass, What's app, Paynow and Paylah. Have a good knowledge of common scams or cybersecurity.
- Prompt follow up and administration work.ZS
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses the ability to teach digital skills to seniors
- Able to withstand long standing and walking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Approachable, empathetic and patient personality.
- Good team player, and able to interact with people from all walks of life.
*No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors with basic digital skills welcome
Salary & Working Hours:
- 5 Days from Monday - Sundays
- 8.5 hours per day between 8am - 10pm (Up to 44 hours per week)
- Medical and Annual Leaves
- Yearly contract (Able to renew or extend)
