Power Kids Gym is a well-established, fun-focused kids gym company that boasts over 20 years in the children's enrichment business. As a business we offer our clients a wide range of tailored classes in basic sports and gymnastics for children as young as 6 months old and all the way up to the age of 9 years old.

About Us:

We're not your typical recreational gymnastics space. Our space blends active fun with food and hospitality — where fitness meets flavour. We're looking for someone who loves both worlds: inspiring kids through sports/fitness coaching, while also bringing warmth and energy to our food & beverage service. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and assist in sports/fitness sessions (warm-ups, activities, classes, or group coaching).
  • Create a fun, safe, and motivating environment for participants of all ages.
  • Provide excellent F&B service — from preparing and serving to upselling menu items.
  • Support event days (e.g. birthdays, team-building, special activations) where coaching and F&B combine especially for birthday parties.
  • Ensure service areas and activity spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in sports, fitness, or coaching (experience with kids or recreational coaching a plus).
  • Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service.
  • High energy, people-focused, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events.
  • Training is provided
  • Bonus: certifications in coaching, fitness, and/or F&B/hospitality training.
  • We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial minded - it would be like running your own business as you would be responsible for bottom line responsibilities.
