Gym Trainer

GYM TRAINER  (ENERGYONE GYM) at various clubs

Reporting to the Gym Supervisor, you will assist in the daily functioning of SAFRA EnergyOne and contribute towards the growth and development of the gym and its members. You will be responsible for the sales and conduct of quality personal training as well as facility maintenance and operational upkeep. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, motivational and committed to empowering members on personal fitness and wellness.

Key areas of responsibilities and tasks will be as follows:

1. Conduct personal training sessions
2. Meet Monthly Personal Training Sessions & Sales targets
3. Ensure the training facilities and equipment are in good working condition and safe for use
4. Market and promotecurrent facilities, promotions, events
5. Develop and presentfitness and wellnessrelated workshops.
6. Assist in answering queries at EnergyOne counter & phone calls.
7. Issue of locker keys and towels to members and ensure return.
8. Record down faulty locks and inform relevant senior staff.
9. Assist in the housekeeping of the Centre, (dry & wet areas)
10. Ensure members' compliance to EnergyOne's regulations
11. Conduct gym tours for potential new members

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a reputable accreditation body (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA).
• Academic Certifications (Diploma In Sports & Exercise, Diploma in Sports Coaching, Nitec in Fitness Training).
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an innate ability to motivate and inspire.
• Proven success in helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
