Assistant to Sales Supervisor

A. Job Responsibilities

1. Core Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with inquiries and quotes related to product pricing.
  2. Organize, archive, and track department-related documents; respond to customer emails within the required timeframe.
  3. Process and organize shipping and sales orders.
  4. Maintain and update customer contact information.
  5. Support sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  6. Regularly provide sales performance reports for sales staff and/or department supervisors.

  7. Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor and provide logistical support to the department.

  8. Complete other tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor.

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  1. Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales department, including customer communication, public relations activities, and internal coordination.
  2. Facilitate efficient sales operations and coordinate cross-departmental resources to support business objectives.
  3. Manage meetings and provide decision-making support.
  4. Participate in daily departmental meetings to help communicate and coordinate departmental needs, enhancing collaboration efficiency.

3. Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Collect market trends and competitive intelligence, analyze data, and create presentations to support decision-making.

4. Customer Relations & Brand Maintenance

  • Assist supervisors in client visits to understand customer needs and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Support the development and management of the company's brand image to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Business Trips & Field Support

  • Provide on-site or travel support as needed based on business requirements.
