Job Description:

  • Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
  • Keep proper records of M & E readings and monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
  • Check all service contractors and sub-contractors on-site work and to report irregularities to the PO or/and CM.
  • Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
  • Carry out minor tasks assigned by the Property Officer or/and Complex Manager with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. escorting of vendors, changing bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc.)
  • Any other duties assigned by the Complex Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical
  • At least 6 years and above MCST Experience in managing occupants, and term vendors, in industrial or mixed development.
