Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians to perform daily servicing and maintenance of ACMV systems, including smoke detection, slab cooling, and other M&E systems.
  • Support facilities operations by providing engineering solutions to improve system reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, building management teams, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and project activities.
  • Ensure effective preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and achieve contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance schedules and reports.
  • Monitor and assess contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage documentation including purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), service reports, and maintenance records.
  • Assist project managers in planning, design, tender preparation, and managing site activities when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, or Facilities Management (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operating, servicing, and maintaining ACMV or M&E systems.
  • Good understanding of preventive maintenance planning, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance.
  • Knowledge of liquid desiccant and absorption chiller systems will be an advantage (training can be provided).
  • Familiar with medium and low-voltage electrical systems and AutoCAD software.
