Warehouse Inventory Controller

  • Work time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, willing to work rotating weekend and public holiday shifts. Work hours more than 44hours/week able to claim off-in-lieu during weekdays.
  • Work Location: Tuas
  • Salary: S$2,800-3,500 basic + AWS + VB
  • AL: 10 Days

Job Scope

  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, spare parts, and tools.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity.
  • Update inventory systems with precise data entries reflecting stock movements and adjustments.
  • Generate detailed reports to analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and forecast needs.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to verify compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to support smooth inventory flow.
  • Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Implement enhancements to inventory control systems for better accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of all inventory transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar functions
  • Skilled in using inventory management systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
