The Role:

What will you do?

• Support the Quality team in diverse projects to improve the processes - Implementation of new technologies/automatization and lean office
• Report KPIs and build an action plan for its improvement
• Support the stock management and contact with suppliers for optimization on deliveries
• Lead projects to improve processes within the Distribution Center
• Assist in the deployment of standard process in line with Schneider Performance System requirements
• Manage regular review of SPS action plan with defined stakeholders
• Assist in the deployment of new Smart DC initiatives
• Assist in the establishing of a system to monitor status of deployed Smart DC initiatives
• Lead a project from start to completion with defined goals and savings

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering/Logistics/Administration or similar
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications
• Willingness to learn and to be a contributor to achieve zero defect
• Able to build dashboards using Tableau
• Able to build simple RPA bots Microsoft Power automate
• Project management skills
