Role Overview
This role is all about measurable growth and genuine engagement. You will lead WEWA's growth strategy, combining performance-driven marketing with community activation that turns diners into loyal fans. Traffic-driving campaigns will sit within the broader growth agenda, ensuring every initiative supports repeat visits, higher spend, and stronger diner relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth
· Design and execute growth strategies that drive sales, repeat visits, and loyalty.
· Own performance marketing: paid media, CRM, loyalty, and promotions.
· Develop compelling offers, bundles, and activations to boost trial, frequency, and basket size.
· Traffic Generation (sub-focus): Execute campaigns that increase in-store footfall and delivery orders.
· Leverage partnerships with delivery platforms, malls, other brands, and events to support growth objectives.
Community Building
· Create and manage local activations, events, and partnerships that connect WEWA with its diners.
· Develop grassroots marketing initiatives that make WEWA part of the neighborhood fabric.
· Build relationships with cultural, lifestyle, and community groups to drive authentic engagement.
· Partner with influencers, micro-creators, and community leaders to amplify reach and word-of-mouth.
Analytics & Execution
· Track campaign ROI, diner behavior, and repeat-visit metrics to optimize spend.
· Report on sales impact of marketing activities and continuously refine playbooks.
· Build and lead a lean marketing team focused on speed, results, and accountability.
· Work closely with Operations to align campaigns with store launches, promos, and peak times.
Qualifications· years in marketing, ideally in QSR, F&B retail, or consumer growth environments.
· Proven track record in delivering measurable growth through marketing initiatives.
· Strong experience in CRM, loyalty, performance marketing, and promotions.
· Hands-on experience in community activations, partnerships, and local engagement.
· Commercially driven, with strong analytical and execution skills.
· Fast, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
· Passion for food, hospitality, and connecting with people.
