- Position Title**:Leader (Group HR & Administration) / Assistant HR Manager**:
- Working Location: Jurong Island
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM - 5 PM / 9.15 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $4,500 AWS Bonus Transport/Site Allowance Flexible Benefits**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes
- HR generalist duties such as talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development
- Manage employees' information in Infotech system
- Liaise with Union and handle employee relations matters
- Generate manpower/recruitment and other HR reports
- Manage office/administrative functions of the department
- Arrange and process procurement and SAP payment requests
- Assist with any other HRA projects where required

- At least 5 years of HR experience or related
- Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
