Procurement Assistant (Govt Agencies) // Near MRT
Location: Labrador Park
Salary: $3000 to $4000 per month
Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri(830am-530pm)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Provide procurement-related support services within the IT Department.
- Perform invoice processing as Good Receipt Officer (GRO) for invoices with Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify goods receipts and ensure invoices match purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
- Assist with other procurement and administrative support duties as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of procurement support processes such as ITT, ITQ, PO, goods receipt, and invoice handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Workday for invoice payment processing is advantageous but not essential.
