Responsibilities- Manage and provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of the properties within the commercial portfolio
- Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents
- Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties
- Recommend periodic changes to tenancy mix renewal of existing leases
- Conduct market research and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Prepare annual rental budget, rental forecast and management reports
- Sign letter of offer, tenancy agreement and other related documentations.
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years' experience in commercial leasing
- Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties
