**Responsibility**
- Monitor and follow up on Lease documentations and monies required
- Preparation of Letters of Offer and floor plans and documents to be attached before issuance
- Liaise with Solicitors in preparation and checking of draft Tenancy Agreement
- Preparation of Variation Letters related to leases
- Liaise with surveyor / IRAS (unit numbering)
- Perform data entry, update & maintain Simplicity, POS systems
- Assist in Lease Management System / POS (and liaison with POS team) /GTO Portal for tenants’ sales submission / Audited Sales (liaising with tenants on submission)
- Prepare and liaise with Finance on rental billing
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department which includes filing, photocopying, document circulation, internal / external courier

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with credit in English
- Able to converse in Mandarin (to interact with Chinese-speaking associates)
- Systematic, organised, and meticulous
