Customer Service Executive (Service Centre) - 18 Nov – 31 Dec 2025, WOODLANDS

Salary: $2580/mth

Duration: 18 Nov – 31 Dec 2025 (Possible monthly extension based on business needs & candidate availability)

Pre-Training Required: 18–19 Nov 2025, 8.30am–6pm (Held at Novena)

Working Hours

  • Mon–Thurs: 8.15am – 5.45pm
  • Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide front-desk, in-person customer service support.
  • Attend to customer enquiries, clarify processes, and guide them through transactions.
  • Deliver accurate information and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Adapt to changing operational needs and handle various service tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Able to remain professional and customer-focused in fast-paced or difficult situations.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods during working hours.
  • Customer service or public-facing experience would be an advantage.
